How do I add a comment to a service request?

To add a comment to a service request follow the next steps:
  1. Open the service requests via Service requests menu option in the left bar.
  2. Click on the service request to open the detail view.
  3. In the detail view, Click on the "Type a comment" text to select the text field.
  4. Type your comment.
  5. (Optional) If your comment should be visible to the customer, deselect the 'Private comment' checkbox.
  6. Click 'post'.
