How do I add a comment to a service request?
To add a comment to a service request follow the next steps:
- Open the service requests via Service requests menu option in the left bar.
- Click on the service request to open the detail view.
- In the detail view, Click on the "Type a comment" text to select the text field.
- Type your comment.
- (Optional) If your comment should be visible to the customer, deselect the 'Private comment' checkbox.
- Click 'post'.
