How do I add a service request state?

How to add service request states or the default states.

To add a service request state do the following:

  1. From the left menu, select the 'Settings' option.
  2. Click the 'add state' button and fill in the form.
  3. Click the save button
CAUTION: Only have one(1) state should be marked as default. This state will be the general starting state.

(Optional) Adding default states:

  1. From the left menu, select the 'Settings' option
  2. Click the 'Add default states' button.
